I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Cherisse Van Der Merwe for her excellent, friendly and courteous service. In my opinion, the level of service that Cherisse extended has been far beyond my expectations.
I intially made contact with Cherisse in January 2017 when I had made enquiries as to how the Reliance Auctions process works, as I had wanted to refer my friend to Reliance for the auctioning of her Property. Cherisse took the time to explain matters to me, and e-mailed me the Reliance Auctions Company Profile.
She also outlined the benefits of auction, and provided a comparison to the conventional sales method.
I then re-contacted Cherisse around July 2017 and, what particularly impressed me the most was that Cherisse remembered my initial enquiries with her at the beginning of this Year - six (6) months earlier !
Cherisse definitely provided an informed sales solution. And from the minute I referred my friend's Property for auction, it has received immedidate attention. I am pleased so say that the Property has been advertised for On Site Auction on Thursday, 7th September 2017 at 14h0opm.
Cherisse has been an absolute STAR throughout the entire process. And I appreciate that she is always on hand to answer any questions, whether telephonically or by e-mail.
