Reliance Auctions contacted me after I had tried selling my property both through Estate Agents and by myself - all to no avail mainly due to the market dip and by not having the required selling and 'closing' skills when trying to complete a deal and by delinquent Estate Agents.
Initially I was very reluctant to engage with any auction house mainly due to the immaturity of the market in understanding the auction practice, the market still being depleted and the time of the year - notoriously slow in the middle of the year.
